Web apps and MVPs
Next.js and TypeScript, front to back. Dashboards, internal tools, small SaaS products, and new features for an app you already have.
I work with founders and small teams. You end up with something people can sign into and use, plus a handover you can follow without me.

I fit best where the interface carries the product and the backend stays straightforward.
Next.js and TypeScript, front to back. Dashboards, internal tools, small SaaS products, and new features for an app you already have.
React Native with Expo. I handle the builds, store listings, Apple and Google review, and in-app purchases. That last stretch is where most mobile projects stall.
Inherited, abandoned, legacy, or generated by an AI tool. I read what's there first, fix the root cause, and leave it easier to maintain. Bug fixes and code audits are welcome too.
Custom classic WordPress themes, redesigns inside your current branding, and ongoing maintenance. Shopify store builds and app embeds.
Also: Figma to code, design systems, accessibility, deploy pipelines, and moving your product off a platform you don't own.
A lot of my longest work sits in private repos. Here's what I can show, and what I did on each.

Time tracking and invoicing for solo contractors. Log your hours, then turn unbilled time into an invoice and a PDF.
I built it from nothing to a deployed app in 38.5 hours over 7 days. About a fifth of that went into planning and design before any code.
A decision I'd point to: each invoice saves its rate and line items when it's created. A later rate change can't touch an invoice you already sent.
Next.js · TypeScript · Postgres · Prisma · Auth.js · Tailwind · Vercel

A custom classic theme built from a Figma design. No page builder, no jQuery, and a deploy pipeline set up on day two.
It was my first WordPress theme. I planned and shipped it in 29h 48m over 5 days, across 56 tickets.
A decision I'd point to: the navigation uses WordPress's own menu editor. Whoever maintains the site can drag and reorder links in a screen they already know.
PHP 8.3 · Secure Custom Fields · Vite · GSAP · GitHub Actions

A budget tracking app for iOS and Android, plus the website in front of it. The site compares savings accounts, credit cards, insurance and investment platforms for the Philippine market.
I took the app through Apple review and Google Play, set up in-app subscriptions, and kept releasing updates up to version 1.14.2.
Expo · TypeScript · React Query · Firebase · RevenueCat · Next.js 14 · Vercel
Zero service interruption
The brand had a prototype built on a no-code AI platform they didn't own. I turned it into a production app running on five accounts in their own name, with no service interruption.
That meant a backend they control, security on an API that had none, staging by default before anything reaches the live store, and a handover guide written for a non-technical owner.
I first built this brand's Shopify store. They came back to me for the app.
React · TypeScript · Vite · Supabase · Google Gemini · Shopify · GitHub Actions
Accessibility and performance work on a long-running bilingual site, inside a codebase with years of history and several authors.
I built a pipeline that added the alt text. Every write is a dry run by default. It checks the content hasn't changed since review, and it saves an undo log before touching anything.
Also on this project: responsive images end to end, a layout fix that needed no edits to existing code, and a deploy runbook for the team.
I rebuilt their WordPress site inside their existing branding, then kept it updated for four years. I also built the Shopify store for the beauty brand they ran and set up their email automations.
This is where the complicated parts come from: permissions, scheduling, billing, dashboards, and large codebases shared with other developers.
Education: BS Computer Science, Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna
Full-time front-end developer, building products for a software company's clients. That code is private, so there are no links here. I'm happy to walk through it on a call.
K-12 education platform. One Next.js app serving five different roles, from students to district admins. I wrote most of the front end, including the shared component library.
Veterinary practice-management platform, web and mobile. I built scheduling, prescriptions and payments on the web app, and wrote most of the pet-owner mobile app.
Marketing platform with an AI writing assistant. I was the only front-end engineer, from the first component to launch.
Internal equipment checkout tool. A full design-system restyle from Figma and an end-to-end test suite, in about two weeks.
Websites and sales funnels for coaches and online businesses.

If your project needs something that isn't on this list, I'll tell you which parts would be new to me. Vantage was my first WordPress theme, and it went from zero to a live site with a deploy pipeline in five days.
AWS Certified SA, Associate · valid to 2029On my tracked projects, 14 to 18% of the time went into planning before any code. The estimate you get already includes it.
I tell you when a task starts, flag overruns early, and explain how to review the work when it's done. Calls when they're faster.
I start in plan mode and rework the plan until it holds up. Then I test the output and read every line before it ships. Real credentials never go into it, and it's blocked from reading my environment files.
On one product team, I wrote the shared Claude Code and Copilot setup the whole repo used: guides, custom agents, commands and skills. Other developers used it to write code that matched the existing patterns.
Code, accounts and a handover doc you can follow without me.
Charmaine was very quick, responsive to communications and her work was always perfectly executed. The project was a pleasure.
Charmaine was knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. She provided custom coding to a website hosted on FG Funnels. I recommend working with Charmaine if you're looking for an experienced developer.
